Elise's meal - during HFMD period :(

Due to the pain on her mouth, she has no appetite to eat and drink .
In order to keep her stomach filling with something, I have tried to feed her whatever hers favorite (like cake..) and most important is she has to open her mouth and consume...

Thank God, she has pull through and she is doing her best to cooperate with me :)

Here are the foods she took in Day 1 and Day 2 :

< Day 1 >
I offer En En:

Food : Cold Yogurt, sponge cake, pumpkin puree, cold mashed papaya, pasta

Fluid : Glucose water, Rice water ,Water, Room /low temperature Milk

( ***As per doctor advise, cold stuff will lighten or release the pain on mouth, so I just let her tried cold yogurt and cold fruit)



<Day 2>
I offer En En:

Food : Cold Yogurt, sponge cake,Bread
Fluid : Glucose water, Barley water, Rice water, Water, Low/ Room temperature milk

HFMD ( Day 1)

1Nov11 (Tuesday)

Morning, we brought Elise to see a doctor and doctor has confirmed that she was dignosed H.F.M.D...My heart sink~~~!!!! What to do next?~!! My Poor Baby~!!

Thank God gave me the confident as Mummy....
Deeply in my heart, I know Only God can heal her and make a way for her...( I am Praying Hard!)

Thank God throughout the day, Elise still willing to eat some food and drink some fluid regardless the pain she had.Thank God for making a way for her.

I know when she cried badly means she experience the pain again :( My Poor Little Gal~~( Mummy Heart is pain, seeing you suffering)

In my heart and mind ,I can only pray for God healing for I believe God is listening to my prayer
And put the medicine (watermelon powder) as needed and give you the great comfort that I can..(like Patting, Hug, Carry, Talk, Play with you) Hope that I can to distract you from the pain, may it be one second. 

Thank God night time she can sleep more though between she got woke up and cried for the pain and hungry. I know is blessing from God that she is willing to take in some fluid...
this at least release part of my worry...



( The important thing to take note when Baby is in H.F.M.D. recovering state. Keep child hydrated!!)

< Evening time - After come back from Infant care center >

During bathing time, I discovered Elise below tongue got one big ulcer. This give me a big shock!! Her buttock, her vaginal part have popped out many rashes and whole part was redness.
This scared me and alarm me...What Happen to my Girl??!!

Could this be HFMD??? ( Praying hard - NOT)!!

Evening time, Elise started cranky...she got no appetite to take dinner and unwilling drink milk from bottle.However, Thank God I still manage spoon feed her milk about 6oz..

Midnight, Elise started crying badly and I realised that her mouth now not only one ulcer but have few more popped out as well... O Mind..My heart break!!! she must be very pain....

Why this happened to her again??
Tomorrow she still need to take injection...( Think got to cancel the appointment liao~)
The First thing in to do list - IMMEDIATE BRING HER SEE DOCTOR!!!

Why every month at least one big sick??!!....my poor little girl~~....! :(

A Good News!!

Have a good news!! Yeah!

This morning , we brought Elise to K.K.H for further review on her heart.

In this last check up, doctor confirmed Elise do not need to go back K.K.H for review anymore!!! Doctor declared Elise condition is ok!!^^
she don't even need to do the ultrasound scan. Thank God for answer prayer.

I have been praying hard for her that she won't cranky and cry badly when doing scanning on her chest and you know what,  Thank God , when Elise met the doctor, She just behaved very well, quite and calm.

She even allowed doctor put the listening tool on her chest ( listened carefully to her heart beat) and surprisingly she also let the other attached doctor take turn to listen on her heartbeat too without cranky, without fuzzy,without struggle...she just played with the pen and sticker.

So happy God make a way for us.
