Haze Day!!

We really have a bad haze day!! First time experienced, PSI hit up to 400..

I am very worried this will affect our family health!!

All mask sold out at the Guardian,Watson, Uni-care outlet!!

 

The Haze is around even inside the house., mall...the burning smell is very strong in fact already affect our throat and lung, felt irritating..keep coughing..

 

 

Me, as a panic mother, is worrying...where to get mask and air purifier, what to do and what to cook to ease the temporary situation!! 

 

 

In the mid of panic,  I was touched to see church volunteer stand up to deliver mask and food to needy despite the condition of weather, they have a great kind heart . Thank God of these ppl ... we should learn from them.

 

In the mid of panic, I was touched to see everybody praying hard for rain. (focus no longer on materialism) 

In the mid of panic, I realized we have been taken many God creations ( fresh air, wind, rain ) for granted. 

In the mid of panic, I realized the fresh air that I breath in so many years is such important to keep me survive till now yet never took notice of it existence !! The haze just brought me a lot of thought and help me identify ppl who are stuck in the same situation like us ( those who lived in dry land , sandstorm country)... And I learned to give thanks ..:) 

A lot of awakening!!!

Those day,we quarantine ourselves at home, doing thing at home, listening news, playing n educating kid n ourselves through reading ...

I tried to cook a lot of dessert like green bean barley soup, pear and white fungus soup, barley soup , and some juice to boast up our immune system..

We cut down outdoor activity..and have more indoor activities....

 

Regardless how bad the haze is.. I learned God is in control and continue trust God n lean not on my own understanding..continue uphold to God n rest in God ..Doing what I can n surrending to God what is beyond !!

Mummy is learning to reflect n give thanks to God in whatever situation we are. Yes there is the time we are overwhelmed by fear n there is a time we can't see what is in front/ ahead of us., remember in all kind of situation, we have a soverign God taking control, watching over us n lead us..all we need is seek Him, trust him.

Mummy learned to look outward ,to see beyond our problem!!

Another thing that I am grateful is you are willing to wear mask as I instructed .. Thanks for being obedient child that always pleasing parent !! Love you !!:)
